We accept the following types of payments:

After receiving your order, we will send you an account number and a variable symbol. You will pay the Goods in advance to our bank account with Raiffeisenbank. Upon receipt of the payment we send the goods, giving you the deadline when the shipment arrives. It Is important to indicate the correct variable symbol in order to assign the payment to your order.
Designed for PayPal account holders. After you create an order, you are redirected to a secure payment gateway where you enter the necessary information. The Payment is made practically immediately, so we send the goods no later than the next working day.
3. Online payment with debit or credit card via PayPal
No PayPal account needed, just select PayPal payment and then the button Debit or Credit Card will appear. Your financial information is protected and never divulged, not even to us. An email confirmation is sent to you and us every time you make a payment. Pay easily and securely.
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via priority air mail provided by Czech Post or by DHL international priority service. Worldwide shipment guaranteed.
Delivery estimates for priority air mail are 5-25 working days since the dispatch date. It depends on the remoteness of the recipient from the Czech Republic
Delivery estimates for DHL international priority are 2-4 days.
Please be aware that delivery during Czech public holidays is not possible.
Please note that the delivery time for priority air mail is estimated by the Czech Postal services, and can be longer for countries situated far from Czech Republic. For example Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and almost all South America.
Shipping fees include handling and packing as well as postage costs.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will be applied to each of them.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are sized up and your items are well-protected. If anything happened to the parcel, we will refund or replace the order, we will resend the package in case of lost only after 30 days from the shipping date. More on the Returns & Refund.
